Hi, I’m Elizabeth Fiorentino Williams!
I’m the founder of EFW Consulting, LLC, but my journey began in 1999 with Naturally Complete of NC, where I focused on health and wellness, particularly small group challenges and weight loss support.
At the time, I had navigated my own path towards better health and wanted to help others do the same.
Over the years, I built a community of support, guiding people toward small, consistent changes that created big results.
At the same time, I was the go-to tech gal in my circle
(and sometimes TomTom™, too).
Whether it was troubleshooting systems, streamlining processes, or teaching someone how to make tech (like their shiny new cell phone) work for them, I loved simplifying the complicated.
In 2023, I decided to officially merge these two passions — holistic wellness and smart tech solutions — into EFW Consulting. This unique blend allows me to help individuals and businesses thrive by combining health and technology in a way that makes life simpler and more fulfilling.
