EFW Consulting, LLC provides coaching, consulting, and technical support services designed to help clients simplify their tech, elevate their wellness, and transform their lives. Services include, but are not limited to, wellness coaching, technology setup and optimization, and strategy sessions. Specific deliverables are outlined in the service package purchased.

2. Payment Terms

Fees: Payment for services must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Additional Charges: Any fees related to third-party platforms, such as CRM subscriptions, payment processing platforms (e.g., Stripe), or other software solutions, are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in the service package price. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the services provided, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project or coaching. Respond promptly to requests for feedback or additional details. Bear all third-party costs related to the services (e.g., CRM fees, payment processing fees).

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees

EFW Consulting, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The success of any wellness, tech, or lifestyle changes depends on the client’s implementation and adherence to the guidance provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

EFW Consulting, LLC is not liable for:

Third-party software performance, reliability, or availability. Loss of data or system failures caused by external platforms (e.g., CRM or payment processing tools). Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of recommendations or tools provided.

6. Hold Harmless Clause

The client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify EFW Consulting, LLC and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from:

The client’s use or misuse of third-party platforms, tools, or systems recommended by EFW Consulting, LLC. Errors or issues arising from integrations, configurations, or other technical support services provided. Financial losses incurred due to third-party platform fees, penalties, or account restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

Any resources, tools, or materials provided by EFW Consulting, LLC are for the client’s personal use only. These materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

EFW Consulting, LLC respects the privacy and confidentiality of all client information and will not share personal or business details without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, no refunds will be issued for services rendered or work already initiated.

10. Service Revisions Policy

EFW Consulting, LLC includes a specified number of revisions for deliverables (e.g., tech setup, reports) as outlined in the service package. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional charges at the current hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of deliverable submission.

11. Force Majeure Clause

EFW Consulting, LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, internet or power outages, or other unforeseen events.

12. Governing Law
